1. Ownership Real Value Enterprises Private Limited is owned by Rajiv Verma & Ruchika Verma as the main promoters.
2. Business Address Real Value Enterprises Private Limited, 106, 1st Floor, DDA Market, Near CA Apartment gate no 2, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110063.
3. Client Definition “You,” the user of our services. If you represent a legal entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Service Overview Real Value Enterprises PVT LTD operates as a registered Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI (ARN: 268843). Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Using Our Services Access is available via online web portal and mobile app. Compliance with local laws is your responsibility. Service use may be subject to restrictions based on residency or other criteria. By providing contact details, you consent to receive service-related communications.
6. Identity & Authentication Your identity will be established using contact information, passwords, OTPs, or biometric methods.
7. Scope of Services Your subscription plan will define the available services.
8. Third-Party Services Third-party partners may be used, and their terms will apply. Real Value is not liable for any penalties arising from their actions.
9. Security & Liability You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Real Value is not liable for unauthorized use of your account or for inaccuracies in graphical data and recommendations.
10. Service Limitations Real Value is not liable for losses or damages from processing delays or errors due to third parties. Ensure the accuracy of your personal and bank details.
11. Fund Transfer & Transaction Processing Transactions are processed through BSE/NSE platforms, with delays from third-party failures beyond Real Value's control.
12. Cut-off Times & Holidays Orders after cut-off times or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
13. Compliance with Law All investments must adhere to SEBI regulations and other legal frameworks.
14. Account Termination To close your account, deactivate mandates and stop ongoing SIPs. Real Value is not liable for transactions if mandates are not canceled.
15. Nomination Clients can appoint nominees for mutual fund units.
16. Changes in Client Details To change details, submit the required forms, which must be signed by all co-holders.
17. Consent for C/KYC Information You authorize Real Value to use your C/KYC details for regulatory compliance.
18. Grievance Redressal For support, contact via email. Responses will be provided within 2 working days.
19. Amendments Real Value reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
20. Force Majeure Real Value is not liable for failures due to events beyond control.
21. Acceptance By using our services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. These terms govern your relationship with Real Value Enterprises PVT LTD. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of other provisions.
